In the Altai Republic in the South of Siberia was imposed the state of emergency after yesterday fragments of the cargo spacecraft Progress M-12M started falling on the territory. The launch, scheduled yesterday from Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, failed and the spacecraft didn't manage to reach the designed orbit, remaining stranded on a suborbital trajectory.
