A month ago the Thai reference company Thai Airways announced the purchase of 37 new aircraft (including 8 Boeing 787s and 12 Airbus A-350s to be delivered between 2012 and 2017, for a total cost of 3.8 billion dollars), and declared its intention to retire 38.
