New York, USA - Air traffic seized up over NY: snow forced to open only one runway

Italian Senate Speaker, Marcello Pera, is among passengers who have suffered from troubles caused by bad weather in USA (see for details AVIONEWS). Airplane on which Pera flew to New York "John Fitzgerald Kennedy" International Airport, landed by two hours delay because of the snowfall which have blocked the entire JFK: airport was in fact closed to air traffic and only one runway has been left opened...
