Some 200 orders are necessary in order to ensure the covering of all the production costs for the Airbus A-380. The present requests by some 14 customers (both carriers and companies interested in the cargo version) consist of 149 airplanes and EADS (the European aerospace holding owning Airbus together with British BAe) fell at the Paris Stock Exchange for a -1,27%.
