Finmeccanica statement about no plans to sell a stake in Ansaldo Energia to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries

Rome, Italy - A financial operation not planned at the current time

Finmeccanica would like to state that it has no plans to sell a stake in Ansaldo Energia to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries at the current time. The Group reiterates that it is still in the evaluation stage as regards its search for a possible industrial partner.
