False bomb alarm on a Meridiana flight at Olbia Airport

Olbia, Italy - An anonimous call addressed to Carabinieri unveiled the existance of explosive material but border Police did not find anything suspicious

A false bomb alarm occurred at Olbia Costa Smeralda (Italy) this morning. A Meridiana flight bound for Rome about th e leave at 07:00 am was delayed for around two hours due to ther suspension of the embarking procedure bacause of a anonimous call by phone addressed to Olbia's Carabinieri and indicating the presence of explosive material aboard.
