A Russian ministry of interiors' Ilyushin Il-76 Candid strategic airlifter crashed yesterday near the city of Mirny, in the far-east region of Sacha-Yakutia. The aircraft caught fire on impact killing all the 11 people on board, seven crewmembers and four from a backup crew. The black boxes from the airplane have already been recovered, and their analysis will make the undergoing investigation quicker....
