Two Russian satellites launched from Plesetsk

Plesetsk, Russia - For the international search and rescue constellation COSPAS-SARSAT

Two satellites have been launched this morning at 7:57 local time (3:57 am GMT) from Plesetsk cosmodrome in northern Russia. One of them is for military uses while the other is for civil purposes.
