Russia will not cut the Glonass program

Moscow, Russia - Besides the global crisis

Russia is not going to cut funds destined to the GLONASS satellite navigation program, besides the global downturn, deputy prime minister Sergei Ivanov stated today during the International Satellite Navigation Forum being held in Moscow from 12 to 15 of May. "Despite economic difficulties - Ivanov stated - financing for the GLONASS program in 2009 will remain unchanged, without any cuts or limitations"....
