Kenneth Doonan decided on Wednesday to use the K-156 highway near Great Bend, Kansas, as runway to takeoff with his Aviat A-1B Husky aircraft, but a gust of wind made him flip ending in a side-road ditch before crashing into a fence. The pilot reported only minor injuries. Local police said they will ask Doonan why he used the highway as a runway, that is not only illegal but also very dangerous....
