Lufthansa celebrates today its first 50 years in Milan

Milan, Italy - In this occasion it launches new flights from Malpensa

Today Lufthansa celebrates its 50 years of presence in Milan. The German carrier always considered Milan as an important hub. A confirmation is the creation of Lufthansa Italia and the investment on new flights from Malpensa to Rome, Naples and Bari. About Linate Airport, Mr Wolfgang Schmidt, LH Italia managing director, said the company requested other slots, but no answer has been given yet.
