SEA, Malpensa and Linate Airports Management Company, closed 2008 wth a net profit of 1.8 million Euros, against 34.5 million in 2007, and with revenues equal to 634.5 million (-8.2%). According to a company note, in addition to the global downturn, the choice of Alitalia to cut flights in Malpensa was heavy on the Group's accounts.
