Plesetsk, Russia - A technical problem concerning the tower, not the satellite. New attempt in 24 hours

"The launch was delayed until the back-up date, tomorrow. The reasons are being checked. It is due to technical reasons connected to the ground services, not to the satellite". These the first explanation words issued by a spokesman of the Plesetsk space center to justify the delay in the launch that was scheduled for today at 3:21pm CET.
