Malaysia Airlines has managed to navigate through the stormy skies of economic recession with the airline's FY08 net profit remaining in the black at about 52 million Euros. The national carrier recorded a Q4 2008 net profit of about 10 million Euros, which marked its 10th consecutive quarter of profits since Q3 2006.
