Europe invests 10 billion Euros in Space

Rome, Italy - Italy as leader in the ExoMars Programme

The ESA (European Space Agency) Ministerial Council ended today with the announcement of an overall investment in space activities of 10 billion Euros. Italy, in particular, has decided funding for mandatory and optional programmes for a total of 1.2 billion Euros over three years, and gave a fundamental contribution to the ExoMars programme by adding 31 million Euros to the 250 already invested....
