Brindisi airport: green-light to the civil use

Brindisi, Italy - The challenges ahead

"A. Papola" airport in Brindisi, a military airport, from now on will be used for civil aviation, given for free to ENAC (Italian authority for civil aviation) that will assign it to the airport management company (Aeroporti di Puglia SpA). The airport will have to face many future challenges in order to renew the structure: from the runways widening to the construction of a new control tower.
