Rome, Italy - Past successes and future challenges
Today is NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) 50th anniversary. The US Agency was born on October 1st 1958, after Soviet Union decision of sending into space the artificial satellite called "Sputnik". In its half-century of history it has lived alternating fortunes: from Neil Armstrong on the Moon in 1969, an event that marked the XX century history, to Challenger disaster in 1986....
