Ferrovial sells the airport of Belfast

Belfast, Ireland - A transaction worth about 165 million Euro

Grupo Ferrovial SA, the Spanish builder that owns London-Heathrow airport operator BAA Ltd., said it agreed to sell Belfast City Airport for 165 million Euro. Ferrovial will sell the Northern Ireland airport to ABN Amro Global Infrastructure Fund and Faros Infrastructure Partners. See AVIONEWS for more details.
