AgustaWestland answers to the Italian Lazio Region Administrative Judge about the provision of helicopters for the Italian law enforcement's units by announcing a forthcoming appeal to Italian Council of State. Judge had halted such orders following the appeal by MD Helicopters, stating that Italian Ministry of Interior should have promoted a tender as the aircraft provided (AB-412s) are civil choppers....
