Alitalia (4): the deadline for the reply to the EC letter is May 19th
Brussels, Belgium - Lufthansa denies the Alitalia dossier's examination
The deadline for the Alitalia decree is May 19th. Italy will have to reply to the European Committee's letter sent to the Italian Government to have further documents and to monitor the situation of the Italian airline, said Jacques Barrot, the EU Transport commissioner. Moreover, a Lufthansa's spokesman has denied the starting of talks for the Alitalia dossier's examination.
