Gareth Kirkwood, operations' responsible and David Noyes, customer services' director, should be about to leave BA (British Airways), the third European airline, because of the chaos generated by the after-inauguration of Terminal 5 at Heatrow airport (see for details AVIONEWS). Dynamics of the 2 managers' severance are still not clear, because the BA spokesman didn't say if they have gone away...
