AdR: Basile officially leaves the Board of Directors

Rome, Italy - Approved the accounts 2007

Approved by the shareholder's assembly the accounts 2007 of Aeroporti di Roma (AdR), the Rome Airports Management Company. A net result equal to 18.9 million Euro. During the Board of Directors, Giovanni Castellucci has been appointed as new counsellor, and in particular, Maurizio Basile has officially left his discharges as CEO of AdR.
