Rome, Italy - The meeting between Unions and Government announced for Thursday

The Alitalia Board of Directors has been announced today, while the meeting between Unions and Government on Thursday. The Air France-KLM Board has confirmed yesterday the cogency of the plan to acquire Alitalia. The business plan was presented on March 14th and then modified during following talks.
