Alitalia shares suspended in the Stock Exchange after the Air France'offer

Milan, Italy - A current 35% drop

Alitalia's shares were suspended limit-down after a 35% drop as the ailing airline accepted a bid from Air France-KLM at 0.10 Euro per share. The stock was still suspended. The Italian Government will hold an extraordinary cabinet meeting today to evaluate Air France-KLM's offer for Alitalia.
