Eurofly establishes the capital share increase by 15 million Euro

Milan, Italy - Set to 1.347 Euro

The Eurofly capital share increase has been established by the Board of Directors, and set to 1.347 Euro per share, for a total of about 15 million Euro. The total number of new emission's shares to be offered in option is equal to 11,129,418, that is five new shares offered for each six shares owned.
