Embraer: sale of airplanes with Natixis Transport Finance

São José dos Campos, Brazil - Worth of USD 193,9 million

"Embraer concluded, yesterday, with Natixis Transport Finance, the sale of its ERJ-145 and EMBRAER 170/190 aircraft secured loan portfolio. The transaction, in the amount of USD 193.9 million, comes from certain bridge financing agreements signed with Embraer’s airline customers over the last few years".
