Rome, Italy - The potential investor on agenda

"Alitalia announces that the Board of Directors meeting has been convened, having in the agenda, among other items, decisions regarding the choice of the potential investor who is in a position to acquire a majority shareholding in the Company. On December 13, at the end of the above mentioned Board meeting, a press release will be issued announcing the decisions taken".
