There is a new GPS-satellite in orbit around the Earth. Its exact name is GPS 2R-17, and if everything goes well, by tonight a kick-motor will give it the right thrust to begin the approach to the other satellites of the GPS-family, at 11 miles height from the Earth surface. Last Wednesday a United Launch Alliance Delta 2 rocket sent it from the base of Cape Canaveral, in Florida, into the atmosphere....
