The last statistics presented by the British Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on the punctuality of flights from and to Great Britain's airports tell straight out: on-time flights fell in the second quarter of 2007 compared to the same period of 2006, both in terms of scheduled flights and charter flights, and the average delay also increases for both the categories.
