Irland would presumably turn on the market: it is official since yesterday when the Ireland Transport Minister, Martin Cullin, announced that the country is looking for funds in order to furnish it to the state carrier Aer Lingus; after three senior executive resigned from it. "The least likely option is that there be a state investment" claimed Cullin, adding that it would be a fast decision anyway...
