Sao Paulo air tragedy: airport partly reopened to flights
Sao Paolo, Brazil - Just the auxiliary runway, and for some airplanes only
The "Congonhas" airport of Sao Paulo has been reopened to air traffic after the crash that caused the death of about 200 people - some on the ground, some aboard the Airbus of TAM, Brazilian air carrier - occurred yesterday at 6:45pm local time (for more details see AVIONEWS). The air station is now operating again but only partially: only the auxiliary runway is being used only by small airplanes...
