Rome, Italy - The first step to divest the carrier
SAS (Scandinavian Airlines System) acquires 100% ownership in Spanair as preparation for divestment. The Scandinavian carrier has agreed with Spanair's minority shareholder, Teinver, to increase SAS' ownership in Spanair to a level representing 100 percent from 94,9%.
