With the purchase of the remaining stocks, from July 1st Lufthansa will have the control of the 100% of the share capital of Swiss International Air Lines Ag through the Swiss company AirTrust. The transaction has been realized faster than expected. The Lufthansa group assures total autonomy to Swiss that will maintain its fleet and crew, and also the see and management in Zurich will not be changed....
