AdR: convoked Unions and Board of Directors

Rome, Italy - Next June 17th

Unions and Board of Directors will be convoked by Gemina on June 17th to talk about the formalization of bid advanced to Macquarie on 45% of AdR, Rome Airports Management Society. Gemina and Macquarie's shares have been suspended from the trading.
