AdR: take-over bid on Gemina denied by Macquarie

Macquarie Airports, Australian company, denies the last week indiscretion on the intention to launch a take-over bid on Gemina, Rome Airports Management Society. "We have not taken a decision on the question relating to the Rome Airports Management Society - AdR, controlled to 45% by us and 51% by Leonardo, Holding owned 100% by Gemina", a carrier's press release reports.
