Airprox between an Alitalia and an Iran Air flight

Rome, Italy - Even if limited, it occurred during approaching to Fiumicino Airport this morning

A case of airprox occurred today between an Alitalia flight (AZ-1572 coming from Cagliari-Elmas bound for Rome-Fiumicino) and an Iran Air flight (IR-739 from Teheran) at 08:30 am. The distance between the Alitalia's MD-80 and the Iran Air's Airbus A-300 would have been anyway little lowered, according to what what confirmed by ENAV (Italian National Flight Assistance Agency) to AVIONEWS, and the error...
