Boeing: excellent third quarter results
Washington, US - Sharp increase of revenues
Boeing has comunicated yesterday that the third quarter profit amounted to USD 456 m; a positive result agaist the last year profit amounted to USD 256 m, influenced by the end production of the old Boeing 757 (see AVIONEWS). A rise on sale has been made for 7.9%, the sale had risen positively influenced by the contract for USD 20 m stipulated with US government last year (see AVIONEWS).
