MERE INCREASE FOR EU AIRLINES FEB TRAFFIC
BRUSSELS, European airlines February traffic went up by 0,3%, compared with the same period in 2000, AEA (Association of European Airlines) reported. Overall loaf factor increased by 1,4%. Traffic to Asia and Australasia went down by over 4% and that to Sub Saharan Africa by 7.0%. Airline traffic within Europe rose 5.6% and from Europe to North America went up by 1.5%.
