India: air rates increase by 10 per cent
New Delhi, India - For services operated by Jet Airways, Air Sahara and Indian Airlines
The crude-oil price boosts again, but remains under USD 54 a barrel. At meantime from today the air rates in India will jump by 10 per cent: the rise affects both business and economy class of Jet Airways, Air Sahara and Indian Airlines carrier. Fare for domestic links were already under pression in India because of the high tax on aviation fuel imposed by most states across the country.
