Turkish Airlines: accounts improve

Ankara , Turkey - State puts for sale airline stake

The Turkish Airlines today reports that it have realized in the first part of the year a net profit for USD 5,35m, after the huge losses recorded in 2003. The Turkish government at early week would have reported that are underway some efforts in order to make in November a public offering for some airline stake acquisition: carrier is 98.17% state-owned.
