Italian Defence Minister commented the recent foundation of the new European Gendarmerie (see for details AVIONEWS) in order to explain some operative aspect, most of all regarding Italy and its deployment in crisis environments in the near-term. According to what revealed by Minister, together with the 800 soldiers already scheduled, 2300 will be added further, whose availability will be anyway warranted...
