NEW DEFENCE MINISTER FOR RUSSIA

MOSCOW, President Vladimir Putin appointed Secretary of the Russian Security Council Sergei Ivanov ne Defence Minister. Lyubov Kudelina was appointed deputy defence minister. Nikolai Kormiltsev was named Supreme Commnader in Chief of the army.
