P&W AND AEROJET GOING TO FORM SPACE PROPULSION COMPANY

USA, P&W, Pratt and Whitney, will merge soon with Aerojet-General Corporation to form a new space propulsion company. The firm will acquire most of Aerojet's propulsion programs. This company last year had revenues for $200 million.
