Rome, Italy - Despite Lega Party's nay, while Prodi confirms EU commission's willingness for allowing such measure

Italian Senate approved yesterday the Government's decree related to the EUR 400m bridge loan for Alitalia. The green light was ensured by a ayes warranted by almost every political party (both of majority and opposition), except for UDEUR which abstained, and most of all Lega Party which was against such measure. Nevertheless, Minister Maroni's collegues in his party could not stop the selected solution...
