CANADA 3000 WILL TAKE OVER ROYAL AVIATION

MONTREAL, The Canadian Goverment yesterday has approved Canada 3000's project to take over Royal Aviation, also Canadian. The value of the transaction will be of about $42 million. Canada 3000 had already obtained the approval of the Bureau of Competition Policy, Canada's antitrust watchdog. The new carrier will have a fleet of 34 aircrafts.
