THALES RAYTHEON AGREEMENT ''ON RIGHT TRACKS''
PARIS, FRANCE, According to a spokesman of French defense group Thales (formerly Thomson CSF), the agreement for a common company between Thales and U.S. Raytheon "is on right tracks", after to have received approval by Pentagon and U.S. Commerce Department. The new company, which will be named Thales Rayheon Systems, would be formed for the end of march, after European Commission approval.
