IBERIA TO OFFER DIVIDENDS TO INVESTORS

MADRID, The spanish airline Iberia is to offer $22,3 million in dividends to new investors who will buy shares in the public offer starting next week. The carrier would also pay about $17 million in dividends to the current shareholders. Two airlines are among them, British Airways and American Airlines. Iberia is to offer a 54% stake.
