TAR RULING ABOUT AGUSTA'S APPEAL POSTPONED TO APRIL 11
ROME, The TAR's ruling regarding Agusta's appeal about the bid to supply italian Corps Of Forest Rangers with 49 helicopters was today postponed to April 11 to get more and new documents and allow a closer examination of the records already produced. The bid is to continue in the meantime.
