BRUXELLES POSTPONES DECISION ON EUROPEAN ATC HARMONIZATION

BRUXELLES, BELGIUM, In a bulletin diffused by European transport Commissioner Loyola De Palacio, European Commission postponed to Stockolm meeting decisions about European air traffic control harmonization, due to a disagreement between Spain and Great Britain. "Single Sky" project could see end for 2004.
