EXHAUSTIVE ANALYSIS OF UE ON HONEYWELL ACQUISITION BY GE

BRUXELLES, BELGIUM, European Commission started an exhaustive investigation on acquistion of Honeywell International Inc. by General Electric Corp. The operation concerned Mario Monti, European member of the Board for competition, for reflection it could have on aeronatical market. GE is one of the most important supplier for the world largest aircraft manufacturer, Boeing and Airbus.
